  • Side step up to curtsey squat (each side)

  • Pulsing sumo squat

  • Crossover step up to lateral lunge (each side)

  • Jump lunge

  • Single leg seated squat (each side)

  • Snowboarder jump

  • Incline push ups

  • Decline reptile plank

  • Squat and row

  • Burpee

  • Banded twist (each side)

  • Plank and reach

  • Triceps dips
